- Building self-confidence, sportsmanship and the self-esteem of all athletes
- Insuring that every child who has the desire to participate is given the opportunity
- Instilling a life-long passion for winter sports and an active lifestyle
- Aspiring to the highest level of coaching quality and standards
- Granting scholarship opportunities
- Assisting and developing each individual member to further their skiing skills within a safe and happy environment
- Building National and Olympic champions
- Working towards creating the life skills for athletes to hold for life
- Encouraging athletes of all ages to grow with their sport, learning how to win, how to lose and most importantly how to give their best
